Get Shucked is locally owned and operated at Great Bay, Bruny Island. In 2004 the farm was purchased as a barely going concern and Get Shucked was created. You’ll be hard pressed to find a fresher oyster or a more authentic experience!

A taste of the sea like no other – these plump Oysters are harvested, shucked and plated for you daily.
Get Shucked cultivates Pacific Oysters (Crassostrea gigas). They purchase 40mm oysters from Tasmanian nurseries, before on-growing at their farm, and harvesting them after 2-3 years.
