Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery as we are located on a small island off Tasmania, sometimes things take a little longer. All shipping is through Fastway Couriers.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Transit times are estimated between 3-10 days. This is a guide only and can vary depending on your delivery location.

DAMAGES
Hotel Bruny is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Fastway Couriers at www.fastway.com.au. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside of Australia.
